(Please understand that it is the policy of AMBER Apartment Alerts to NOT remove an alert for a Missing/Endangered Child until it has received proper notification from State AMBER Coordinators and/or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. These notifications are NOT related to press reports and as such may lag behind what the press has reported.)

AMBER Apartment Alerts is a social program with participation limited to any person or company who is a legitimate part of the multi-family housing industry. Acceptance to participate is at the sole
discretion of AMBER Apartment Alerts and dissemination of information may be discontinued at any time without advance notice.


Our goal is simple:

Make apartment communities in the United States and territories one less place for abductors to hide children. With this goal, all it takes is one alert community staff member or vendor/supplier to make the difference in an abducted child's life.

Whenever possible we will attempt to assist law enforcement with a directed search in specific apartment communities around the nation in order to reunite missing children with their parent/guardian.

 AMBER Apartment Alerts participants will NEVER receive an alert that is not outside the area of the notification. (i.e.an alert in Florida will not be
distributed by us to Texas UNLESS the alert had been made active in both states.)

AMBER Apartment Alerts will always send cancellation notices in a timely manner after they are received from one of the three sources from which we receive alerts.
